We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to report to the IT Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
About the Job
- Install, configure, monitor, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
- Provide Tier 1 help desk/operations support, handle escalated technical issues, and offer advanced operational assistance.
- Ensure the safety and protection of servers, laptops, desktops, and other devices by deploying and maintaining the latest antivirus software.
- Support remote users with VPN installations and ongoing support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- One to two years of relevant experience.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
