who we're looking for:we are not just hiring recruiters — we are hiring recruitment specialists who:· ? Have 6–12+ months of hands-on experience recruiting for the u.s. market, with a deep understanding of its dynamics and expectations.· ? Are experts in high-volume recruiting, capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously with speed and precision.· ? Can own the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, resume optimization, and conducting structured interviews.· ? Are kpi-driven and thrive under performance metrics — our standard is to fill roles in under 24 hours.· ? Are tech-savvy, with strong command of excel, word, databases, and ats platforms (speed and accuracy are key).· ? Speak fluent english (c1/c2 level preferred) — you'll be engaging with u.s. candidates daily.· ? Have prior experience in international call centers (e.g., amex, teleperformance, icc), which is a strong advantage.· ? Live within reasonable commuting distance to torre manacar and have reliable transportation — punctuality is non-negotiable.
