We want a Business Development Manager to identify and develop new accounts, driving the agency’s growth with clients that are seeking real results.What will you do?As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Your goal will be to connect with brands that can benefit from our performance marketing solutions and build long-term relationships.Your responsibilities include:- Identify and prospect new opportunities in the U.S. market, focusing on the Mexican-American consumer.- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, proposals, negotiations, and closing.- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and understand their business needs.- Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that generate qualified leads and expansion opportunities.- Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.- Monitor market trends and spot new growth opportunities.- Participate in events, trade shows, and conferences to increase company visibility and establish strategic connections.- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.- Keep CRM updated with leads, opportunities, and pipeline.What we’re looking for:- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in digital marketing, advertising, or B2B.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.- Advanced English and Spanish (C1+).- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Strategic thinker with problem-solving creativity.- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).- Ability to work independently and results-driven.Requirements:- Advanced English (C2) and Business English proficiency.- Previous experience in business development or sales in a B2B environment.- Willingness to travel as needed and attend events.- Degree in International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Benefits:- Base salary + commissions on new clients signed- Hybrid role but primarily remote- Growth opportunities within a fast-growing agencyIf you’re ready to grow brands and take business development to the next level, we want to meet you!Send your CV to careers@totkoagency.comJob Types: Full-time, CommissionPay: $16,728.55 - $29,702.56 per monthExperience:- Business Development or Sales: 1 year (Required)Language:- English & Spanish (Required)Willingness to travel:- 25% (Required)Work Location: Remote
