drive organizations commercial growth by prospecting, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities in the assembly and manufacturing industries.
main responsibilities
develop sales and market-penetration strategies.
identify, prospect, and secure new clients.
prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
conduct client and plant visits to identify opportunities.
coordinate with engineering, operations, and management to ensure proper project execution.
track goal achievement and prepare sales reports.
represent mekralang at industry meetings and events.
requirements
bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (required).
postgraduate studies or diploma (preferred).
advanced english.
residence in monterrey (preferred).
experience in assembly processes, plastic injection, and/or maquiladora environments.
proven record of developing new clients.
existing client portfolio and willingness to travel.
