Report to the cti bp&a head, the main position purpose is properly managed customer view financials, actuals, forecasting, outlook, plan, ti cost, ti products, and fixed assets according to the citigroup procedures.
*key responsibilities*:
- manage cti financial recoveries and reporting
- reporting intercompany charges
- reporting costs of tandem & unisys platform
- reporting cost of middleware components
- reporting cost of p&l projects
- reporting financials fixed assets ti
- follow up ti products cost
- work alongside ti global team
- participate in global forums of ti
- cti allocation processing and monthly variance explanation
- provide customers of cti mexico explanations of the cti charges
- provide global product managers with information and explanation of variances regarding their products in mexico
- extract and understand accounting and financial information from the systems for report making.
- taylor and make from scratch executive automated excel reports.
- challenge accounting to verify compliance with expense policies, investigate and align accounting when necessary.
- proactively search for different stakeholders to gather relevant financial information for forecating purposes.
- present relevant financial results to local and global stakeholders.
- act as financial partner and liaison with different groups to provide visibility on cti expense and gather meaningful insight.
- make and maintain projects forecast, outlook and plan.
- revise project ieps and provide feedback when necessary.
- keep and manage large data bases containing historical information.
*knowledge/experience*:
- more than 2 years of banking experience, particularly on the it segment
- basic project management understanding
- knowledge of us gaap reporting principles
- experience in forecasting
- monitoring and budget control
- knowledge of it concepts
- financial planning
- deep knowledge of the corporate financial reporting systems
- knowledge of citibanamex taxonomy
- experience managing large databases.
- experience making and managing complicated excel models.
- experience making and presenting executive information to managers.
- experience in citibanamex financial/accounting areas is desirable.
- business case knowledge from a technology perspective

- b.s./b.a. degree in economics / administration is desirable
- proficient in ms
- expert in microsoft excel
- experience with db is a plus
