Payroll & recruitment specialistavoiding delays and ensuring compliancein this role, you will process bi-weekly and ad-hoc payroll with accuracy and efficiency. You will maintain proper payroll documentation for each step of the process. This includes collaborating effectively with internal partners and external service vendors to ensure payroll processing adheres to policies and mexico statutory requirements.you will also process employee and statutory payments, reconcile different scenarios, and ensure accurate resolution and compliance with company policies and regulations. Additionally, you will continuously find opportunities to improve payroll efficiency through process improvements and automation.the responsibilities in recruitment include candidate sourcing: posting job openings on various platforms, utilizing job boards, networking, and attending job fairs to attract potential candidates. You will also communicate with potential candidates, schedule interviews, and provide updates on the application status. Furthermore, you will arrange interviews with hiring managers, including scheduling and managing candidate logistics. Finally, you will assist with the onboarding process for new hires.the ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in human resources, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll coordination or talent acquisition is required. The individual must have strong communication and organizational skills necessary for extensive interaction with personnel at all levels. Proficiency in databases and ms office products is also necessary. Native or bilingual proficiency in spanish and english is required.
