opportunity activities
* support in time and capacity studies in the areas of manual and pressure casting, pastes and glazes, molds, reprocessing, kilns, collection, and finished product.
* support in the new 5s program, focusing on visual aids in the plant and monitoring metrics and improvements in production areas.
* support and monitoring of improvement projects to reduce downtime in the plant, as well as projects to reduce spare parts in the maintenance area to lower operating costs.
* support in projects focused on increasing plant productivity and kpis.
* support in analyzing bill of materials (bom) changes for various products in the plant, focusing on reducing operating costs.
skills / requirements
profile
specialization: industrial engineering, process engineering, quality management, operations management.
duration: 1 year to 1 year and 6 months until graduation.
schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
skills: proactive, teamwork, effective communication; english preferred.
