1. you have 5+ years of experience in salesforce testing and creating regression scripts regularly.
2. you can conduct manual and automated testing of salesforce applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
3. you collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
4. you perform api testing to validate integrations and data flow between salesforce and external systems.
5. you write and execute sql queries to analyze data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
6. you use tools like salesforce inspector, workbench, or dev console for daily testing needs.
7. you identify, document, and troubleshoot defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
8. you develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as selenium or similar frameworks.
9. you participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve testability and quality.
10. you stay updated with salesforce releases and best practices to enhance testing processes.
11. you have proven experience in salesforce administration, sql, data analysis, and qa testing.
12. you have a strong understanding of api testing concepts and tools (e.g., postman, soapui).
13. you have experience with automation testing frameworks and tools.
14. you possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
15. you hold salesforce certifications (e.g., salesforce administrator or qa-related certifications).
