We are currently seeking an erp development manager for a leading company in the agroindustrial sector, ready to drive technology transformation and business innovation. Essential technical expertise deep hands‑on knowledge of microsoft dynamics 365 (finance & operations/customer engagement), including data modeling, extensions, and alm. Strong mastery of microsoft power bi/fabric for enterprise analytics, data modeling, dax, and governance. Solid experience with microsoft azure services (app service, logic apps, functions, service bus, key vault, azure ad/entra id) and devops pipelines (ci/cd). Advanced skills in sql server databases, data warehousing concepts, integration (rest/json, odata, soap, secure api design). Ideally, experience with sap concur integration (expense, travel, invoice) and configuration/data flows using sapience platform. Main responsibilities build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing development team, fostering an inclusive, learning‑oriented environment. Ensure sustainable project delivery, effectively balancing workload and priorities. Promote collaboration and automation by driving a devops culture across teams. Manage and negotiate with external partners; define scope of work, review deliverables, and enforce slas. Collaborate closely with solution architecture and pmo, maintaining transparent project tracking and reporting. Apply agile, iterative practices and robust erp release management, with a strong emphasis on documentation, security, and compliance. Champion continuous improvement, reusability, and professional development within the team. Monitor and optimize delivery using devops/lean metrics. Oversee budgets, timelines, and ensure high‑quality outcomes throughout project lifecycles. Requirements minimum 6 years of experience leading erp development teams and projects. Hands‑on experience with sap concur and sapience platforms is a strong plus. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage both internal teams and external vendors. Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Excellent teamwork and collaboration with pmo and major stakeholders. Fluent english (written and spoken).
