You’ll be responsible for ensuring that every product is in the right place at the right time, delivering an exceptional shopping experience aligned with the brand’s commercial strategy.
What will you do?
- Negotiate with suppliers for merchandise acquisition according to company strategy, trends, seasonality, exclusivity, quality, pricing, and competition.
- Ensure sales and profitability goals, guaranteeing product availability in physical stores and online business.
- Manage sales floor space to maximize profitability for the brand and purchased merchandise.
- Analyze product performance and implement corrective strategies when sales targets are not met.
- Follow up on purchase orders and ensure availability of materials, supplies, and products across all stores.
- Monitor store processes such as stock, replenishment, transfers, and order deliveries.
- Manage and analyze inventory by category or channel, ensuring efficient product distribution.
- Handle invoicing processes and product setup in business portals.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience as a Senior Merchandiser or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Passion for fashion retail and premium brands.
- Experience with SAP (desirable).
- Advanced Excel: formulas, functions, and pivot tables.
- Strong knowledge of inventory analysis and product distribution.
- Conversational English is a must.
