we are seeking a director of operations and sales to lead and align our operational and commercial strategies, overseeing a manufacturing plant with a headcount of 50-200 employees, while ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and compliance with corporate and quality standards .
position purpose direct and integrate the production and sales functions of a recently created metal fabrication business, strengthening operational efficiency, commercial performance, and strategic decision-making in close coordination with senior management.
key responsibilities define and execute the integrated production and sales strategy develop commercial strategies to increase market share and acquire new customers and projects ensure operational efficiency, product quality, and on-time delivery optimize operational costs and resource utilization lead and develop high-performing, multidisciplinary teams analyze key performance indicators (kpis) to support strategic decisions manage relationships with key customers, strategic suppliers, and stakeholders drive innovation, continuous improvement, and organizational transformation projects ensure compliance with the quality management system, corporate policies, and applicable regulations
required profile degree in engineering, business administration, industrial management, or related minimum of 10 years of experience in the medium to heavy metal fabrication sector with strong industry network proven track record in fabrication operations and sales strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills strategic, analytical, and results-oriented mindset
