This position requires ensuring the compliance of the sales objectives and key accounts management in accordance with the strategic guidelines of the company and at the same time ensures a healthy financial account management.
Now, let’s get down to business...
Develop, follow up and achieve strategies and annual business plans for each customer.
Increase market share and self among each customer for each category
review and ensure customers monthly sell out growth.
Management of the ambiguity where the brand is not ours. Look for new and different clients. Manage of frustration.
*achieve kpi´s and goals such as*: sales goals, som, dii, dso, gross margin, and forecast accuracy for each customer.
Manage regular and top to top meetings with buyers and directors in order to ensure results.
Develop a good crm within customers and internal areas.
Ensure and achieve financial targets for sales, and deflator kpis.
Ensure collection of each customer sales.
Communicate in advance strategic implementation at the field sales force, trade marketing and marketing areas.
Track of all customers po´s and invoices.

Ideally you will have similar experience gained within a consumer goods/retail company.
Administrative degree
at least 5 years of experience in sales
at least 2 years of experience at retail stores management
fluent english conversation and written communication
strong change management capabilities
