axa partners is seeking a human resources business partner to drive cultural transformation and employee engagement initiatives. What you’ll be doing
provide day-to-day hr guidance and support to managers and employees on policies, talent management, and employee relations issues.
Partner with leaders to drive recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development planning processes.
Lead or support initiatives to embed axa partners’ values by designing, communicating, and implementing culture and engagement programs.
Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to foster open dialogue and reinforce organizational culture.
Develop, monitor, and analyze culture and engagement metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (d&i) initiatives by implementing programs, building awareness, and measuring impact.
Collaborate with centers of excellence (coes) and hr colleagues to ensure consistency across hr and culture programs.
Advise leaders on change management strategies related to culture, engagement, and organizational transformation.
What you’ll bring
bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an hr business partner role, with exposure to culture and engagement initiatives.
Strong understanding of organizational culture, employee engagement, and change management principles.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with advanced proficiency in english.
Ability to analyze engagement and culture data, interpret trends, and recommend actionable solutions.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and support leadership at all levels.
Proficiency in microsoft office; experience with hris or survey tools is a plus.
