Location: Mexico Department: Sales / Business Development Reports to: Regional Sales Director About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven Electrical Sales Account Manager with deep expertise in Power Systems and industrial automation, channel management, and distribution networks. This role requires a strong understanding of the Mexican electrical market, including key players, current regulations, and business dynamics. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and developing proposals and bids aligned with customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue across industrial automation solutions. Manage and expand relationships with distributors, channel partners, and strategic customers. Navigate the Mexican electrical market, identifying opportunities and risks based on regulatory and competitive landscape. Use Salesforce to track pipeline, forecast sales, and manage customer interactions. Lead the preparation of commercial proposals, bids, and tender documentation. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and operations to deliver customer-centric solutions. Provide market insights and feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategies. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings. Qualifications: Proven experience in strategic sales, account management, or business development in industrial automation or electrical sectors. Strong knowledge of channel sales and distribution models. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and data-driven sales processes. Understanding of the Mexican electrical market, including major players and regulatory frameworks. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Strong proposal writing and bid management capabilities. Strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and resilience in complex sales cycles. Experience leading or collaborating with sales teams is a plus.
