Director – digital & technical architecture
the digital & technical architecture director will lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade digital solutions across the americas.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role with a strong focus on solution architecture and execution, ensuring digital initiatives are built on integrated, resilient, and future-ready technology foundations.
What you’ll do:
own end-to-end architecture & delivery
lead solution architecture from concept → design → build → deployment → scale
define architecture blueprints, standards, and design patterns
translate business needs into technical solutions
partner with business and transformation leaders to understand use cases and requirements
convert requirements into clear, actionable architecture designs and implementation roadmaps
build & scale digital platforms
drive development of enterprise platforms across data & analytics, integration (apis, middleware) and digital manufacturing / shop floor systems
promote platform-based solutions over fragmented point solutions
enable ai, analytics & automation
architect systems to support advanced analytics, ai/ml use cases, workflow automation
ensure solutions are production-ready, scalable, and integrated into operations
ensure creation and adoption of ai in division
modernize technology landscape
