What you'll do lead and mentor a team of project engineers and project managers. Ensure projects are financially healthy, on schedule, and properly controlled. Serve as the escalation point for customer concerns, fostering strong client relationships. Conduct regular team meetings to distribute workloads, allocate resources, and address challenges. Participate in project profitability boards, reporting on performance and ensuring accountability. Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, with solid knowledge of wind, solar, and / or storage plants, projects, and markets. Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing teams, coordinating resources, and guiding projects to successful outcomes. Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams, fostering motivation, accountability, and collaboration. Strong track record in project planning, financial oversight, and reporting, including management of kpis and project profitability. Customer‑focused mindset with proven experience building and maintaining strong client relationships. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences and write clear, accurate reports. Strong written and verbal english communication skills. Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time. Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to rent and drive a car and travel on public conveyances when required.
