The associate - maintenance is responsible for supporting basic maintenance and facility upkeep activities at assigned sites, as well as assisting with operational tasks related to the processing of post-consumer electronics. The role performs routine, task-based work under supervision in accordance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Main responsibilities
perform assigned routine preventive maintenance tasks.
Assist with minor repairs and general facility upkeep activities.
Complete maintenance and operational tasks based on work orders and supervisor direction.
Identify and report equipment issues, faults, or safety concerns to management.
Follow standard operating procedures (sops) and safety guidelines in all tasks.
Operate assigned equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) upon completion of required training and certification.
Support production operations as needed, including working on the production line during downtime.
Participate in safety programs and comply with all ehs policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Support team operations and assist in other areas of the facility as directed.
