Job description:
the brand & marketing director will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies for six properties in mexico. This includes launching the rixos brand in a new market and relaunching the park royal brand to existing and new audiences.
this role presents an opportunity to build on the success of the park royal brand while evolving it to carve out a unique position in a popular all-inclusive market.
rixos is a successful brand already established across the middle east and europe, and this is an important milestone in the brand's global expansion.

key responsibilities:
* develop and implement annual marketing strategies for the brands in mexico, supporting both commercial marketing and brand objectives.
* be the brand guardian in the market as new brand standards and new identity toolkits are rolled out across all properties.
* oversee teams responsible for creating social and digital content that will drive local property hotel and restaurant channels as well as optimized content for websites, digital marketing campaigns, and sales collateral.
