responsibilities
- conducting inventory of equipment, furniture, and other office property, ensuring all assets are registered with the company.
- keeping up-to-date records of the inventory status and condition.
- assessing the current state of inventory and suggesting updates or replacements as necessary.
- performing scheduled and on-demand maintenance of office facilities, engineering systems, and equipment.
- overseeing technical specialists and other service staff.
- managing relationships with suppliers and monitoring the quality of services provided.
- ensuring adherence to fire safety regulations.
- preparing reports on office operations and completed work.
- monitoring and optimizing expenses related to office maintenance.
- actively participating in the leasing and launch of new office spaces.
- performing additional tasks assigned by the manager.
required experience & skills
- knowledge of basic engineering systems, air conditioning, and ventilation.
- ability to work with technical documentation.
- strong sense of responsibility, organization, and communication.
- understanding of fire safety regulations.
- excellent personal organizational and time management skills, including task prioritization.
- ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- strong problem-solving skills for routine technical issues.
control & reporting
directly reports to the senior technical manager. Weekly preparation of reports on completed work and expenses.
work schedule & benefits
schedule: 5/2 (7-hour workday + 1-hour lunch break), adaptable start time (between 8am – 9am by agreement with the team).
vacation: 28 days.
probation period: 1–3 months (salary review possible after successful completion).
