* effective communication with suppliers, plants, carriers, and customers.
* responding to urgent plant requirements and resolving critical situations in the flow of materials.
* evaluating transportation performance and working closely with the planning team to optimize the process.
* reporting transportation expenses.
* supervising the team, and mentoring team members, suppliers, carriers, customers, and plants.
* developing instructions and work manuals.
* maintaining sap information, key user for tm.
* collaborating on transportation improvement projects.
your profile
* 5 years of experience in same position or similar.
* bachelor's degree: industrial, logistics, or related field.
* knowledge in optimization and route management.
* experience in customs transportation regulations: mx, usa & canada.
* experience with sap (sap tm expert).
