- you will coordinate and ensure the quality of the monthly forecast and annual budget process
- ensure the quality of the analysis of real vs budget, forecast, guidance and any other that is required or necessary for a better understanding of the results.
- improve the quality of balance sheet and working capital forecasts, as well as their subsequent compliance analysis
- cash flow forecast by direct and indirect method, supporting the treasury area in identifying needs.
- periodically analyze (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) variations in budget, forecast and cost of production processes
- prepares financial assessments of the company's investment projects (capex), in coordination with applicants in each area, as well as their subsequent follow-up.
- prepare different reports for the company, plants and auditors, weekly (kpi's), monthly (variation analysis), quarterly package or when required.
- load current, forecast and budget in hyperion (hfm)
- you will support the controller and cfo as required.
- structuring and monitoring of fixed costs and variable costs by nature and by product, supporting the area of operations (manufacturing and logistics) in identifying process improvements
- control of administrative expenses by business to support managers and directors in identifying reductions and savings, as well as support other areas of the company in decision making.
- redesign of the forecasting process of the monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, working capital and capital expenditures (capex)) aligning it with other areas of the company, providing the necessary information to support financial decision making.
who are we looking for?
- public accounting degree or related
- minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the area.
- excellent written and spoken english skills.
- mexican accounting principles and irfs
- sap management, hyperion (hfm).
- advanced level microsoft excel management.
- teamwork, pro-activity and leadership.
