What you bring
7+ years of full stack experience developing scalable web applications in ruby on rails and react.
Experience leading and managing remote development teams.
Proficiency in modern programming languages like ruby, java, typescript.
Experience with restful microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud platforms like aws.
Strong understanding of system architecture, design principles, and troubleshooting multi-tiered systems.
Excellent communication skills in english.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
