You’ll be the person they rely on.medical records & treatment coordination – request, review, and summarize records to build strong cases.negotiation & settlement prep – work with providers and adjusters to maximize settlements for clients.calendaring & deadlines – nothing slips through the cracks—you own your cases.drafting demand letters & documentation – clear, persuasive writing that gets results.problem-solving – you anticipate issues before they happen and find solutions fast.confident communication across all levels – whether you're speaking with clients, attorneys, medical providers, or insurance adjusters, you make people feel confident that you are smart, competent, and know what you’re doing.filevine experience is a plus – if you already know how to use filevine, that’s a huge advantage! If not, you’ll need to learn quickly.✔ who you are (the ideal candidate):at least 2 years of experience as a case manager at a california pi law firmfluent in english with impeccable grammar and minimal accent – your communication should be clear, professional, and inspire confidence.
