In charge of Temperature Management & Antiseptics portfolio strategies implementation in North Cluster
Facilitate the country IBP Portfolio Review
Execute General NPI’s and Commercialization Process in country
Price management
Implement portfolio strategies in Mexico and C&C;
Determines local action plan to leverage Solventum penetration in the customers
Supports local sales managers, channel, reps and clinical specialist
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor degree or higher from an accredited university
5+ years marketing experience in healthcare environment, with a proven track record delivering business results.
Strategic pricing understanding.
Bilingual (English-Spanish)

Work location: Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel)
Travel: May include up to 30% domestic/international
