* collaborating with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop tailored job descriptions.
* sourcing candidates from various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
* conducting thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit.
* managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
* building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
* providing mentorship and training to junior recruitment staff.
* tracking recruitment metrics and reporting on progress to management.
* staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
requirements
* bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior or specialized role.
* strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends in engineering and technology.
* proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates effectively.
* excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* demonstrated experience in managing the recruitment process independently.
* strong organizational and time management abilities.
* ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* proficient in microsoft office and applicant tracking systems.
* fluency in english is highly preferred.
* experience in engineering or technology recruitment is a strong advantage.
