We're seeking employee advocates, change leaders and culture architects to enable our teams, partners, and businesses to do and be their best.
The Employee Relations position provides an opportunity to be part of a global team that utilizes skills in counseling, compliance with Corporate & HR policies, and investigations.ResponsibilitiesEncouraging an effective, inclusive work environment/culture and relationship, balancing employee advocacy with stewardship of company priorities and valuesAnalyzing data and using technology to proactively identify and diagnose business needs / opportunities and develop solutions to meets those needsPartner with local HR teams to assess their protected reports of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claimsCounsel employees regarding job related matters and on the fair application of policies and practicesInvestigate and approve all salaried disciplines for customer basePartner with local Compliance and Legal teams to resolve employment litigation issuesProvide subject matter expertise to HRBO and management on matters regarding declining performanceScan the internal and external environment to identify trends that may affect or change the relationship the Company has with its employeesLead or participate in special local or integral project teamsQualificationsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degreerelated to Code of Conduct violations, specifically on: Harassment, Discrimination, Unprofessional Behaviors allegations.HRBO experience requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneouslyStrong collaborationPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in HR, Business, or other related subject areasProven ability to deliver high quality results while handling multiple prioritiesPrior experience working with agile cross-functional teamsDemonstrates a growth mindset (Learn-It-All)Aptitude for critical thinkingCapable of communicating across skill teams, regions and at all levelsStrong coaching and facilitation skillDISCLAIMER: Ford Motor Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, as we are committed with a diverse workforce, and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran and basis of disability.About UsAt Ford Motor Company, we believe freedom of movement drives human progress.
