monday - friday - 3:30pm - 6:30pm (mexico time)
saturday - off, sunday - 8:00am - 1:00pm (very low call volume)

primary responsibilities and functions:
primary focus is to use office computer systems to call customer and ask for company reviews and do be able to book service in case of incoming calls. Due to 2 hours time difference in between of florida and mexico inbound call volume is very low at our timezone at this time of the day.
- follow up with customer, ensuring they are satisfied with the service.
We offer:
- monthly salary of 10000$mx
very simple, 3 hours a day remote job, sunday its 5 hours, more for availability, call volume is very low on sundays.
Must have good home office, fast internet and well operating computer. Home office pictures will be asked to provide during interview.
