At the forefront of automotive innovation, we craft beautiful interiors that set vehicles apart in the marketplace.about this key business development rolethis position is responsible for supporting sales representatives and key account colleagues in managing client relationships and negotiating contracts with customers.main responsibilities:lead a team to achieve company objectives by coordinating all activities.collaborate closely with senior executives and plant management teams to accomplish commercial roadmap targets.support sales leaders in responding to new business acquisition requests for quotation and program-related packages.maintain financial deliverables of new, facelift, and change programs to target budgets.ensure value-added engineering targets are met with the engineering department and drive plant/customer activities to agreed-upon targets.provide accurate and complete information and analysis for total lifetime commercial management.partner with customers to develop business opportunities, collaborate, and plan for future growth.qualifications:university degree in business administration, economics, program management, or equivalent, or 8 years' experience in the automotive industry as a business/sales manager.minimum 5 years' experience in the automotive industry in business management with a substantially sized regional or global organization.good working knowledge of industry standards and related procedures.ability to structure and prioritize work tasks with a hands-on personality and urge to improve processes.fluent written and spoken english language proficiency.
