we're growing fast — and we're looking for a high-impact sales executive to take charge of the northern region. If you understand the pulse of the autoparts (refacciones) market, are passionate about the aftermarket industry, and are ready to build strategic relationships in both traditional and modern channels — we want to talk to you.
key objective
to drive regional sales growth by executing smart sales strategies, managing key distributor relationships, and expanding our presence in the assigned territory.
core responsibilities
* develop and execute sales plans aligned with company targets in assigned accounts and region.
* identify and acquire new clients and opportunities across the traditional and modern trade.
* promote product launches and push new skus into market with compelling, value-driven arguments.
* work directly with distributor field teams, providing technical and commercial training.
* lead in-field visits to workshops, points of sale, and end users to reinforce brand presence.
* provide after-sales support, including follow-up on orders, deliveries, warranties, and client satisfaction.
* act as the link between clients and internal departments (cs, logistics, finance, product).
* report regularly on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence.
* ensure pricing consistency and alignment through validated price lists.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, automotive engineering, or related field.
* 3+ years of proven experience in automotive aftermarket sales, preferably in filters, lubricants, or accessories.
* deep understanding of distribution networks and regional market dynamics in northern mexico.
* strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
* proficient in ms office; familiarity with crm tools is a plus.
* willingness to travel frequently across monterrey, chihuahua, saltillo, and surrounding areas.
