This role is an exciting opportunity to work with best-selling brands on amazon and help drive their growth into dtc e-commerce. You’ll be responsible for crafting thumb-stopping, conversion-focused video ads that resonate with audiences and deliver measurable results. Who you are you’re a creative storyteller with a passion for performance marketing and visual experimentation. You thrive in collaborative environments, welcome feedback, and know when to push creative boundaries. You have a strong sense of what works in dtc and aren’t afraid to take risks to make your videos stand out. What you’ll do edit high-performing video content for meta and ugc-style ads, focused on driving conversions. Collaborate with the creative team to interpret briefs while adding your unique creative touch. Develop and test new hooks, storytelling styles, and editing techniques that capture attention quickly. Apply performance marketing principles to ensure content is optimized for engagement and results. Share creative insights and lessons learned from past campaigns to help the team continually improve. What you need proven experience editing performance content for meta ads (ugc-focused). Strong background working with international performance marketing agencies or dtc brands. Deep understanding of performance marketing and how to translate it into effective visuals. Proficiency with premiere pro, final cut pro, or capcut. Ability to craft stop-scrolling video ads with strong storytelling and pacing. Nice to have experience creating or editing organic social videos. Familiarity with amazon content and sponsored brand videos.
