As we continue to expand our influence and impact, we're looking for a proficient and seasoned hubspot marketing & sales operations specialist to join our growing team.you'll be the sole hubspot operations expert within a larger, collaborative marketing team, with direct collaboration extending to our sales and customer success teams. Your expertise will be pivotal in optimizing our hubspot platform to supercharge our sales and marketing initiatives.what you'll do:as our hubspot marketing & sales operations specialist, you'll be the strategic force behind our hubspot instance. Your day-to-day will involve:hubspot ownership & strategy: take full ownership of our hubspot instance, ensuring its optimal configuration and performance. We'll rely on you to propose and implement new processes, tools, and strategies to continuously optimize our marketing and sales operations.automation & efficiency: design and implement robust automated workflows to streamline lead nurturing, qualification, and conversion. You'll develop and manage automated email campaigns that ensure effective communication with leads and prospects.database health & integrity: regularly update, maintain, and ensure the integrity of questionpro's hubspot contact database. You'll be key in segmenting contacts to facilitate highly targeted marketing campaigns and directly impacting our database health score.lead management excellence: collaborate closely with the sales team to define precise lead qualification criteria and implement effective lead scoring processes. You'll monitor lead progression through the sales funnel, implementing strategies to significantly improve lead conversion rates.integration management: oversee and optimize critical integrations with tools like zapier, seamless.ai, emailable, clearout, and sales navigator, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency across our tech stack.analytics & insights: generate and analyze comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (kpis) related to sales and marketing activities. You'll provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive strategic decisions.enablement & support: conduct training sessions for team members on hubspot best practices and new features, driving overall hubspot adoption across the organization. You'll also serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting hubspot-related issues.you're perfect for this role if:you're a results-oriented marketing tech aficionado with a passion for optimizing sales and marketing processes through hubspot. You can speak, plan, and organize your work on a strategic level while executing tactically with a hands-on approach. You thrive in an autonomous environment but also value collaboration with various internal stakeholders to ensure data flow is accurate, messages are sent on-time, without error, and build scalable integrations and workflows.hubspot certifications required.3 - 5 years of experience in a similar marketing operations role or at a hubspot partner agency.excellent organizational skills.
