today, the company is responsible for maintaining and increasing property values of homes in approximately 230 communities in tucson, green valley and sierra vista.the admin assistant is responsible for the company's administrative tasks, from keeping a record of the daily services done up to customer service activities.
it is responsible for the on-time delivery of administrative tasks to allow the operational team to deliver the services punctually.
the main fuctions of this position are:- communicate with customers and the various groups in the company.- follow communication guidelines being responsive to the business needs.- work with internal departments to meet customers' needs.- run periodic reports according to the company's needs.- handle customers' situations from answering basic questions about the services to handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.- process architectural reviews applications, violations notices, late fee notices, etc.- follow up on scheduled works and documentation of them in the system.- support 1 cam- data entry in various platforms for different purposes, such as:- electronic file organization.- uploading documents to portal.- updating community informationthis position will spend around 20% of the time over the phone.
