this is a senior, externally-facing revenue leadership role — not an internal support function.
the commercial director owns the p&l outcomes for mexico and the broader latam region, directly accountable for hitting sales targets, driving customer retention, and building a high-performing commercial engine.
we need someone who has done this before: built and led sales teams, scaled aftersales and service revenue, and translated commercial strategy into measurable results.

- develop and execute the regional commercial strategy: revenue growth, market expansion, and key account development.
- lead, coach, and inspire the sales team — setting targets, reviewing pipelines, and driving performance.
- build and nurture relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners across the region.
- identify new business opportunities — new verticals, geographies, customer segments, or product applications.
- represent ep equipment at industry events, trade shows, and customer-facing engagements.operations & cross-functional coordination
- oversee regional operations to ensure customer commitments are met — delivery, service, and support.
- align sales and operations planning (s&op) to optimise inventory, logistics, and order fulfilment.
- organise and prioritise cross-team workstreams; bring structure to a fast-moving, international environment.
- monitor kpis across commercial and operational functions; report to leadership with actionable insights.product & sales enablement
- serve as a product-savvy resource for the sales team — helping them understand, position, and pitch the ep portfolio effectively.
- translate product features and roadmap updates into clear sales narratives and competitive differentiation.
- collaborate with hq product and marketing teams to feed back regional market needs and customer insights.
- support onboarding and training of sales staff on product knowledge and go-to-market strategy.requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial leadership with direct, proven accountability for revenue targets — spanning sales, operations, and aftersales.
- demonstrated track record of growing commercial revenue, aftersales performance, and operational results — in mexico and ideally across latam.
internal support or coordination-only backgrounds will not be considered.
- experience owning aftersales, service revenue, or full commercial p&l is a strong advantage — this role spans the full commercial lifecycle, not just new sales.
- ability to operate cross-functionally — equally comfortable in a sales meeting and an operations review.
- strong organizational skills: can create structure, set priorities, and execute with a distributed team.
- industry background in material handling, industrial equipment, manufacturing, or logistics is a plus.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence internally and externally.
