to assist in administering watlow’s domestic credit and collection processes and policies by working with customers and internal watlow teams to increase cash flow.

* monitor customer adherence to established credit terms
* collect past due amounts from watlow customers, both domestic and international
* resolve watlow customer payment discrepancies
* perform daily lock box and electronic payment functions
* maintain watlow’s vendor & customer masters
* maintain required customer contact documentation
* supports the function in its watlow business system (wbs) maturity progression, including participating in daily, weekly and monthly meetings and gemba walks as a part of the team, and actively engaging in lean improvement efforts including value stream assessments, kaizen events, projects, rapid improvement events (ries) and problem solving

qualifications
* bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3-5 years)
