We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Insurance Telemarketer to join our team.
The primary responsibilities of this role include outbound telemarketing and setting appointments for our agents.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor, with the ability to effectively handle objections.
Prior experience in the health insurance industry is a key requirement for this position.Responsibilities Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to generate new leads and qualify potential clients Set and schedule appointments for our independent health insurance agents Professionally handle and overcome customer objections to successfully complete calls and set appointments Maintain a pleasant and engaging demeanor throughout all interactions Requirements Proven experience in health insurance telemarketing, with a strong preference for individuals who have worked for an independent Health Insurance agency Excellent communication skills with complete English fluency A pleasant and professional demeanor Strong ability to handle objections and navigate challenging conversations A solid understanding of the health insurance industry and its products is highly desirable Must have proven experience using CRM systems.
