a growing firm is seeking a strategic marketing coordinator with leadership
skills and experience in digital advertising. This key position will drive
brand positioning, lead the marketing team, and ensure the achievement of

*key responsibilities*:
- oversee the execution of paid campaigns on social media and google ads.
- coordinate the marketing team: designer, digital specialist, community manager.
- identify opportunities to improve external communication and brand positioning.
- set departmental kpis and ensure goal achievement.
- manage the campaign and launch calendar.
- handle advertising budgets and performance reporting.
- stay updated on market trends and marketing tools.
experiência y requisitos
*requirements*:
- bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience coordinating or supervising marketing teams.
- deep knowledge of digital advertising platforms.
- strong organizational, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
- intermediate to advanced english (preferred).
- experience in the legal, service, or agency sectors is a plus.
