the *renewal specialist* is responsible for engaging with ari's customers to renew partsmart.
the individual in this role demonstrates superior customer relations and strives to ensure customer satisfaction.
the renewal specialist reports to the manager of the customer success team.

we build intuitive ecommerce enabled websites, nifty electronic catalogs, generate and manage leads, as well as drive customers to their site through effective search engine marketing.

*your role*:
- engage ari's current client base to assist with renewing partsmart.
- contact customers who have open partsmart renewals.
discuss open renewals, pricing questions, adjust orders based on client needs.
- convey the value of ari's products to client base.
- meet and exceed monthly goals by managing activity.
- maintain renewal rate for ari products at or above budgeted levels.
- other duties as assigned.
*what we're looking for*:
- high school diploma or ged
- 1 year of customer service, retail or call center experience
- track record of exceeding goals and targets
- demonstrated experience operating within a culture of accountability
- exceptional customer service orientation with high touch relationship building skills.
- exceptional integrity, honesty and trustworthiness
- skilled in internet browsing, the windows environment and microsoft office suite (word, excel, and powerpoint).
- proficient in data entry: 30 wpm

- ability to complete a structured training program.
- ability to listen for cues from the customer to identify underlying issues.
- ability to work inter-departmentally to accomplish objectives and solve issues, get along with others, accent constructive feedback and exhibit a positive attitude.
