position purpose:
the specialist - talent acquisition will support the recruiting team by efficiently executing administrative duties and actively participating in all recruiting processes.
job requirements:
• the position schedule shall initially be five (5) days a week, monday to friday. Depending on operational requirements, you may be assigned to any work schedule, required to work additional hours or days in a week, or transferred to other jobs and locations that may be given to you by your immediate supervisor
• performs administrative tasks in support of recruiting efforts
• assists with screening applicant/resumes, coordinating phone/in-person interviews
• assists recruiting staff with job fairs and college recruiting events
• will create postings and run reports out of our applicant tracking system (taleo)
• coordinate background checks through our background screening vendor, notify appropriate personnel of each new-hires onboarding progress and schedule new employee orientation classes
