responsibilities - develop weekly, monthly, and annual
strategic plans aligned with corporate sales objectives and the
company's strategic plan.
- supervise, motivate, and develop the
sales team to ensure objectives are achieved.
- evaluate team
performance by analyzing key performance indicators (kpis) on a
daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, focusing on
developing countermeasures for any deviations from goal
achievement.
- maintain strong 80/20 client relationships to ensure
a steady stream of revenue and meet their strategic needs.
