Report information related to their sales area. Strive for service excellence to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable results. Prospect new customers and build loyalty with existing ones. Work across different segments, understanding the particularities and needs of each customer. Responsibilities develop the market/regions through commercial activities. Monitor sales, follow up on key opportunities, and continually seek new business. Prospect new customers and identify new applications for existing customers. Prepare technical specifications and define project needs, demonstrating to the customer the advantages and roi of our equipment. Engage the applications engineering team to define the best solution for more complex projects. Provide advanced technical and commercial support to customers. Use the erp system to oversee sales progress. Build customer loyalty through regular visits to understand their needs and select the most suitable solutions. Identify and minimize the impact of competitor actions. Follow defined strategies and apply them to develop the market/region. Negotiate sales proposals and project terms, always respecting ethics and global compliance standards. Deliver advanced training to customers and conduct technical presentations. Train potential sales representatives, distributors, and employees. Stay up‑to‑date with the company’s global training platform. Keep informed about the specific characteristics of each market/region. Monitor market/region results. Prepare performance reports and weekly sales forecasts. Participate in trade shows and events. Visit customers and their facilities to build long‑term relationships. Resolve any issues following product delivery and installation. Provide support and suggestions to improve performance. Assist the finance team with invoicing and accounts receivable. Comply with iso 9001, 14000, and ehs standards, according to periodic training. Qualifications degree in mechanical or mechatronic engineering; industrial; electronics; or chemical engineering. Experience in industrial sales and advanced technical support. Experience managing key accounts. Advanced technical knowledge of industrial equipment. Advanced commercial and administrative knowledge (preferred). Intermediate english.
