main responsibilities
* develop business relationships with vendors and provide operational support to both vendors and vendor managers.
* support events and marketing campaigns as a catalog lead in the merchandising team.
* work with vendors to ensure they are operating efficiently on our tools.
* drive operational metrics, meet slas, and exceed ambitious business goals by engaging with vendors and internal business partners.
* suggest process improvements and assist internal partners to drive them to completion (kaizen projects).
basic qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, microsoft office skills, and 6-12 months of working experience. The candidate must be fluent in spanish and english (written and spoken). Preferred qualifications include 1+ years of sales or account management experience.
