Job title: technical operations coordinator
about the role:
we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a technical operations coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our technical departments, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
key responsibilities:
- oversee the work of roustabouts / roughnecks, welders / mechanics, rig operators / drillers, and engineers (petroleum and mechanical)
- supervise health and safety officers, superintendents smp, smp supervisors, document controllers clerks, community superintendents, and training / hrd superintendents
- ensure that mine engineers, mine surveyors, qa / qc superintendents stewards, and shift leaders are working effectively
administrative department:
we also require support from the administrative department, which includes:
- business analysts, payroll managers, marketing specialists, administration supervisors, human resources officers, financial analysts, senior marketing analysts, logistics coordinators / experts, procurement officers, secretaries / office assistants / office clerks / front desk clerks, account / finance officers, sales / marketing officers and executives, internal / revenue auditors, database marketing managers, call center supervisors, and call center managers
maintenance / technical department:
the maintenance / technical department is responsible for:
- providing technical assistance, electrical engineering, electronics-telecommunication engineering, computer engineering, internet service expertise, mechanical engineering, workman / foreman / technician services, it application management, computer operation, and internet expertise
food and restaurant department:
our food and restaurant department consists of:
- bakers / bartenders / chefs / chef de partie / sous chefs / chefs d' cuisine / cooks / dietitians, food and beverage servers, food service supervisors, restaurant and food service managers, catering managers, assistant beverage managers, kitchen managers, banquet coordinators, beverage servers, and beverage shift managers
requirements:
- bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- excellent leadership and communication skills

- experience with project management software and tools
