axa group operations initiate with its network product department a one network program to tackle its digital transformation, enhance user’s connectivity experience, and mitigate cyber risks. Within network product department, data center & cloud product line is responsible of axa data center and cloud network infrastructure, including routers, switches, load balancer, internet access, dc interconnexion backbone, dwdm, cloud network environment (aws, azure, google, intercloud).
data center & cloud network engineer are designing, engineering, delivering, and supporting those products and services, that strongly contribute to one network program initiative.
job purpose
the network product engineer is responsible to define, advertise and ensure delivery of sustainable, robust, and secured solutions.
in close collaboration with group security, cto and one network program, the network product engineer will propose solutions at the right cost and bring business value to support the corporate business and lines of business strategies.

expected skills & experience
we are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
* strong experience in driving large architecture, standardization & transformation initiatives.
* help to finalize nsx‑t and aci configuration with strong competency and experience.
* assist in rollout to production of the dcs and evaluate the former one. Prepare knowledge transfer and documentation.
* provide l3 support for production, be able to troubleshoot with strong network experience.
* strong lead and contributor for network dc project.
* must have network automation skills (terraform, ansible, python) for pod automation and will be a key contributor on this topic.
* be able to federate team and people to success and reach a target.
* must have strong expertise in network & cloud design patterns, security solutions & it infrastructure best practices.
* experience in managing data center and cloud network technologies, aci, switch fabric, load‑balancer, vmware nsx‑t.
* knowledge in network security products, sase, vpn (cisco, f5), firewalling (checkpoint, palo alto, cisco, algosec), web gateways (mcafee), segmentation technologies and identity services, voice, wifi, sdwan, lan wired, wan, mpls appreciated (not core).
* must have network automation skills (terraform, ansible, python) for pod automation.
* university degree (engineer profile) with +8 years’ experience in network domain in an international and matrix organization.
* must exhibit a strong understanding of today’s network and infrastructure challenges and trends, mostly at infrastructure and technical levels.
* established and demonstrably productive technical relationships with major it vendors.
* strives for excellence with deliverables of high quality and ability to work in tight planning.
* gather, combine and analyze business and technical requirements from critical constituents.
* recommend appropriate technological designs and solutions that align with business requirements, the company’s technical strategy and which provides the most efficient and cost‑effective solution.
