*order fulfillment consultant - ebusiness sales*we are hiring an*order fulfillment consultant - ebusiness sales *who will be the primary business consultant between steelcase na e-business customers, internal steelcase customers proactively developing and supporting multiple lines of business for ecommerce and non-aligned dealers.
*what you will be doing*:- understands the steelcase order fulfillment value stream, and optimizes supply chain, manufacturing, and delivery efficiencies, resulting in a phenomenal customer experience.- aware of and supports lean and continuous improvement methodologies.- understands the health and well-being of the customers through performance measures and plays the role of the customer advocate to quality and manufacturing management for awareness and drives process improvement.- understands the importance and value of creating a great customer experience to add value to the steelcase brand.- can develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to help driving sales thru and outstanding customer experience.- accountable for customer satisfaction goals, along with the execution of strategies that support those goals.- assist customers from answering product questions to processing transactions through product delivery and installation.- serves as a project manager for non-standard delivery of products that include installation with third-party vendors.
*who you are*:*required skills and competencies*- bachelor's degree in business, international relations, commerce or equivalent- 1 year experience in a similar position- advanced english is a must (100%)*preferred skills and competencies*- excellent communicator, written and verbal and able to organize thoughts and information before sharing, solid negotiating ability.- excellent organizational and time management skills- demonstrate poise and confidence when presenting information to any size group.
has ability to lead pre-order meetings with customers, field sales contacts and installers.- strong analytical and decision-making skills to provide sound solutions to complex business issues- ability to identify and implement remedial corrective action for order management problems or issues.- expert interpersonal skills- able to work with internal steelcase departments to fulfill dealer orders and resolve problems.- you understand technology used to support order management activities (i.e.. Sap, sharepoint, excel, im).- display the ability to adapt based on work conditions and management of various time sensitive tasks.- self-motivated, self-directed, self-starter and willing to accept responsibility for results; committed to excellence: accuracy in work and attention to detail; sets high goals and standards for self and others.
