responsibilities:
* oversee the daily operations of 5 or more food & beverage outlets within a luxury residential or mixed-use development and luxury hotel.
* lead and mentor f&b teams across restaurants, bars, in-residence dining, and event services.
* establish and implement service standards, sops, and training systems to ensure exceptional quality and consistency.
* collaborate with executive leadership and culinary teams to align f&b operations with resident and guest expectations.
* ensure each outlet maintains a high level of service, ambiance, and operational excellence.
* drive revenue growth, control costs, and manage financial performance, including p&l and budgeting.
* guarantee full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* incorporate guest/resident feedback and market trends to evolve the f&b offering.
* lead innovation in service delivery, menu design, and lifestyle dining experiences.
* work collaboratively with michelin-starred chefs to develop exceptional dining concepts and experiences.
* design and execute creative, visionary events aligned with the property’s luxury positioning.
qualifications:
* minimum of 7+ years of experience in senior food & beverage leadership roles, including tenure as director.
* proven ability to manage 5 or more f&b outlets within a complex hospitality or residential setting.
* experience in pre-openings, including the creation of manuals, sops, and operational systems.
* track record of building and training high-performing, multicultural teams.
* priority will be given to candidates with experience working in luxury residential developments and high-end hotels, with strong exposure to large-scale luxury residential complexes.
* strong background in personalized service delivery and guest experience management.
* deep understanding of luxury guest expectations and lifestyle hospitality experiences.
* solid financial and analytical skills, including experience managing budgets and p&l.
* bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or related field (preferred).
* fluent in english; spanish or additional languages are a plus.
* creative and visionary leader capable of conceptualizing and executing unique culinary and event experiences.
* strategic thinker, hands-on leader, and passionate about innovation in hospitality.
