Overview We are seeking a Finance Business Partner Senior Manager to join Simplot Mexico. The ideal candidate will be a strategic financial leader with a proven Din the Consumer Industry.
Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership: Lead a team of financial analysts, setting clear objectives and ensuring delivery of high-quality results.
Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing strategic insights to senior management.
Financial Planning: Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with business objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to provide financial support and ensure alignment of financial and operational goals.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting and financial regulations (US-GAAP).
Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial performance and efficiency.
Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in a similar financial role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Advanced proficiency in SAP, EXCEL, and Power BI.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to lead and motivate teams.
