the it solutions support specialist will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, working with various it teams to develop and deliver solutions. The incumbent will provide technical support on selected systems and participate in it projects.

* respond to system issues by analyzing the problem and determining the next course of action

requirements:
* customer service skills
* technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
* effective communication and documentation skills, including flow charting
* knowledge of the business area to be supported and a good understanding of its associated business processes
* basic to intermediate coding skills in specified programming languages
* understanding of software development life cycle concepts and practices
* interrelations between it components (software, os, databases, network, servers)
experience:
* entry level to 1 year experience in similar roles
education:
* bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
