Role overview
this position is responsible for managing customer orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, on-time delivery, and clear communication with both customers and internal teams.
the role requires close collaboration with operations, materials, warehouse, scheduling, and sales to secure customer satisfaction.
key responsibilities
manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
oversee orders and shipping activities between manufacturing plants and/or distribution centers to customers.
support demand management actions to achieve monthly targets in coordination with plants, sales teams, and external customers.
maintain up-to-date customer service process documents specific to the reynosa plant.
partner with materials, na csr team, warehouse, trade compliance, and sales to address critical customer needs.
ensure accuracy of orders and shipment information in
oracle
.
monitor shipments to meet monthly demand targets and customer on-time delivery expectations.
travel requirement
up to 5%.
requirements
fluent in
english and spanish
(written and spoken).
strong communication and interpersonal skills.
proficiency with digital tools (oracle, microsoft office: excel, word, outlook).
strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels and external customers.
preferred qualifications
previous experience with
oracle
.
bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field.
2+ years of relevant experience.
customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
