about the role
we are seeking a skilled human resources business analyst to implement and configure sap hcm modules for our clients.
key responsibilities:
1. module configuration: configure sap hcm modules such as payroll, benefits, time management, and compensation to meet client requirements.
2. implementation & support: provide hands-on implementation and support for sap hcm projects, including roll-outs for global entities.
3. payroll expertise: handle end-to-end payroll processes, including gross-to-net calculations, taxes, garnishments, and year-end activities.
