We are looking for a sales manager to join our leadership team at royalton hotels & resorts, responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening market presence, and ensuring the successful execution of the hotel's commercial strategy.at royalton hotels & resorts, we are epic people.our valuesthe success of royalton hotels & resorts is driven by our entrepreneurial, passionate, innovative, and customer-centric hosts.be epic.the sales manager is responsible for:- developing and executing the hotel's sales strategy to achieve revenue, occupancy, and market share objectives.- managing and expanding relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, travel agencies, wholesalers, otas, and tour operators.- leading and motivating the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and kpis.- identifying and developing new business opportunities across leisure, corporate, groups, and mice segments.- working closely with revenue management, marketing, reservations, and operations to ensure commercial alignment and optimal pricing strategies.- preparing, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts and agreements in line with brand standards and profitability goals.- analyzing market trends, competitor performance, and sales reports to support data-driven decision-making.- conducting sales calls, site inspections, trade shows, and industry events to strengthen brand presence and client relationships.- supporting pre-opening or repositioning initiatives when required.- ensuring compliance with corporate sales policies, brand standards, and reporting guidelines.the ideal candidate has:- minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury or all-inclusive resorts.- proven experience managing revenue-driven sales strategies and leading high-performing commercial teams.- strong knowledge of hotel sales channels, including direct sales, corporate, groups, wholesalers, and otas.- solid understanding of key hospitality kpis such as occupancy, adr, revpar, and market share.- advanced english proficiency (written and spoken).- excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.- strong analytical, organizational, and strategic planning capabilities.- ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, results-driven, and multicultural environments.- bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, business administration, or a related field.- proficiency in hotel systems and tools such as pms, crm, rms, and ms office.experience with marriott systems (marsha) is a strong advantage.don't miss the opportunity to join one of the caribbean's most dynamic and fast-growing all-inclusive resort brands.
